Vinification Notes

Grown on clay and limestone. Hand harvest. Destemmed, macerated with daily pumpover for 20 days. Syrah fermented in barrique & Grenache in stainless steel tanks.

Tasting Notes

Beautiful in color, spice from Syrah complementing the Grenache’s round body. Flavors of red fruit, violets, chocolate, smoke and flint all balanced with fine tannins.
