Vinification Notes

Grown on limestone, gravel and stone soils at with altitude of 360m, Cold maceration and low temperature ferment for the Syrah and Grenache. Vinified in concrete, portion of Syrah in demi-muid for 12 months.

Tasting Notes

Deep color, intense nose of blackberry, spice, violets, tobacco and cherry. Full body balanced by acid and tannins. Gourmet - red, black fruit, spice and liquorice. Long finish and great complexity., a truly enjoyable wine, gourmet with spice and fruit harmoniously in balance.
