Vinification Notes

Grown on limestone, gravel and stone soils at with altitude of 360m. Vinified in stainless tanks for 20 days with press portions vinified separately before final blending at finish.

Tasting Notes

A brilliant and deep in color with a nose of garrigue and ripe red fruits. Spice on nose & palate complimented by cherry and herbaceous notes. Great structure and length.
