Vinification Notes

Grown on limestone, gravel and stone soils at with altitude of 360m. Vinified in stainless tanks for 24 days with press portions vinified separately before final blending at finish.

Tasting Notes

Deep and brilliant in color with a complex nose of leather, tobacco, mocha, red fruit, liquorice and ripe raspberries. Elegant and light but complex structure. Fresh and supple with a long finish.
