Vinification Notes

Small plot in pine forest, sandstone soil. Hand harvest. Natural fermentation with indigenous yeasts - macerated in successive stages over 10 days, 75% in used oak barrels for 6 months and 25% in stainless steel tanks.

Tasting Notes

Bright wine with charming nose of black currant, leather, cherries, roses and chocolate. Long on the palate with notes of raspberries and chocolate.
