Grown on sand and clay soils. Hand harvest. Vinified by plot in French Oak (600L) for 2 years. Natural Yeast & 12 months on lees. No filtration.

Tasting Notes

Beautiful gold in color, a full nose of white flowers and citrus fruits. Fresh white peaches, slight toast, vanilla, fennel and complex minerality on palate. Nice finesse and a well-balanced wine.
