Vinification Notes

Grown on loam, clay and limestone soils. Hand harvest. Vinification by parcels, natural yeast. Gentle pump over and racking. Aged 12 months in (600l) French oak. Blended in stainless steel tanks.

Tasting Notes

Deep color, red and black fruit on the nose with a dried potpourri and leather characteristics. Grilled bread, truffle, blackberry, spice and black cherry on the finish. High acid and great tannic structure.
