Vinification Notes

Grown on clay and limestone soils with a base of sandstone. Natural fermentation with indigenous yeasts, traditional method - 11 months of traditional riddling, zero dosage.

Tasting Notes

Lively dry sparkling wine, with fine integrated bubbles. Playfully light and enjoyable, with nose of green apple, and fantastically refreshing in hot weather. Great mouth of yellow fruit and baked apple, nutty and caramel finish.
