Vinification Notes

Grown on clay and limestone. Hand harvested. Full bunch maceration for 15 days. Cold fermentation with barrique aging for 1 year.

Tasting Notes

An atypical blend of Syrah and Marselan that has evolved into a concentrated cuvee with notes of spice, blueberry, smoke, pepper, cherry and chocolate. Lengthy finish and excellent structure with a bright acidity.
