Vinification Notes

Grown on clay and limestone soils. Natural fermentation in new French oak with extremely light toasting- indigenous yeast. 6 Months in barrel with weekly batonnage.

Tasting Notes

Pristine gold with silver highlights. Complex aromatics, candied lemons, star anise, pears, grapefruit and white flower. On the palate citrus, brioche and a light toastiness with influence from lees. Very well balanced and complex.
