Grown on clay and limestone soils. Separate Vinification - Natural fermentation in old French oak with a portion in stainless steel tanks. 20% oak aged 1 year. Additional bottle aging.
Tasting Notes
Garnet in color with a complex nose of coffee, spice, cherry and strawberry jam comes through on the palate with a refreshing mouth with hints of mint and red fruit jam with a nice tannic structure that brings it all together.
