Vinification Notes

Grown on limestone, gravel and stone soils at with altitude of 360m Harvested at night and full bunch pressing. Gentle press and cold fermentation. 20% aged in oak and 80% in stainless steel tanks.

Tasting Notes

Golden in color with a complex nose. Notes of toast, flint with white fruit and grapefruit peel. Full body and round mouth nice body balanced by the acid and citrus notes and agreeable zip. Long and fresh finish.
